Can I amend my order once it has been placed?

You can! We will be shipping directly from the office so we have more control over our packing and dispatch times. As long as you haven't been sent a tracking number we should be able to amend your order. 

 

What if the item I want isn't listed?

We have a pretty packed cupboard of extra slips, booklets etc. so if there is something you don't see on the website, click the request button at the top of the page and send us an email. 

 

My item has arrived damaged, what do I do?

Please email us at orders@88plus.co.uk with clear pictures of the damage. If available we will replace any item that has sustained an unacceptable amount of damage, but please bear in mind paper products are incredibly difficult to ship completely unscathed.

 

How long will my order take to arrive?

We aim to ship within 2-3 working days, but be aware we are a very small and busy team!

 

Do you ship internationally?

We currently only ship to the UK, but this may be subject to change if demand is high enough. 

 

Can I get a refund if I change my mind? 

If you want to return an item to us we will refund you upon receipt. Please note: return postage is covered by the buyer. 

Return policy: Faulty items: Customers have the right to a full refund if an item is faulty and they reject it within 30 days. Returns: Customers have the right to a full refund within 14 days of receiving an item, provided they notify the retailer within that time.
